We’re happy to release a new version of our beloved Beetle. As of today, our chatbots detect the users’ language automatically, and switches to it (if it is part of the supported idioms).
This means that if a user loads the chatbot in French, but actually asks a question in English, the conversation will continue smoothly without hiccups. A simple yet useful time-saver.
