What’s New
- We’re trilled to announce a big update this week: we’ve come up with a brand new look for our chatbots. When your clients view your chatbot, it will now have a cleaner feel, with a dedicated footer for the navigation buttons, and a proper language selector. And we’ve also made sure that wether you provide the bot as a widget or a fullscreen mode, they both display optimally when viewed on smartphones.
Improvement & Fixes
- The training of data has been migrated to to our Swiss cloud
- We’ve extended our validation tools, to include work, test and production environments
- We’ve ironed out some bugs on the multibot feature
