What’s New
We’re trilled to announce a big update this week: we’ve come up with a brand new look for our chatbots. When your clients view your chatbot, it will now have a cleaner feel, with a dedicated footer for the navigation buttons, and a proper language selector. And we’ve also made sure that wether you provide the bot as a widget or a fullscreen mode, they both display optimally when viewed on smartphones.
Improvement & Fixes
The training of data has been migrated to to our Swiss cloud
We’ve extended our validation tools, to include work, test and production environments
We’ve ironed out some bugs on the multibot feature
