Does Deeplink charge based on usage or tokens?

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee for AI capacity. The amount does not depend on the number of questions asked or the volume of text generated.

How is the price calculated?

A plan (Starter, SME, or Enterprise) that includes specific features and a set number of users, plus a fixed price per additional user. The Enterprise plan includes 300 users for CHF 4,850 per month, then costs CHF 5 per additional user.

What if we need more workflows, chatbots, or hours of meeting minutes?

You can add them at any time for a fixed monthly fee, or upgrade to the next plan. Nothing will be charged without your consent.

What is the difference between the Eco and Performance engines?

Both engines are based on European open-source models, hosted and run in Switzerland. The difference lies in the size of the model and the power required to run it.

The Eco engine is based on Mistral 3 14B, a compact model suited for everyday uses: writing, summarization, translation, meeting minutes, chatbots, and FAQs. It runs on an NVIDIA L4 graphics card, which has a maximum power consumption of 72 W.

The Performance engine is based on Mistral Small 4 119B, a larger model designed for more complex tasks. It runs on an NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 graphics card, which has a maximum power consumption of 600 W, more than eight times that of the Eco engine. Packages for this engine are priced at double the rate.

Is Deeplink cheaper than ChatGPT Business?

For an organization with 1,000 users, a combination of ChatGPT Business, Fireflies, n8n, and Chatbase costs approximately CHF 24,776 per month, compared to CHF 16,700 for Deeplink’s Enterprise AI package with the Performance engine, a 33% savings, with a single contract and data hosted in Switzerland.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. The commitment is monthly: you can adjust or cancel your subscription from one month to the next.

Where is our data stored?

Exclusively in Switzerland, at Infomaniak and Hidora, or on-premises at your location. They are never used to train a model.
