Morges Regional Police (PRM)

The Morges Regional Police (PRM) sought to bring its officers closer to the public and break down the traditional barriers between the institution and citizens. To support them in this effort, we designed and deployed a custom AI solution centered around four tools:

• Néo, the multilingual citizen chatbot, a 24/7 point of contact.
• An internal assistant dedicated to supporting police officers.
• Automatic report generation based on their templates.
• Easier access to the PRM’s knowledge base for officers.

Fully powered by the PRM’s own data and models, this solution ensures complete control over information.
The result: a significant reduction in the administrative burden on officers, who can now focus on what matters most, fieldwork and human interaction.
