An AI chatbot for teachers in the Canton of Vaud

In collaboration with Deeplink, the Direction Générale de l’Enseignement Obligatoire (DGEO) of the canton of Vaud has achieved a significant milestone in supporting its users. To enhance the use of PAREO, its tool for managing presence, absence, and delays, the DGEO has launched a smart chatbot in partnership with Deeplink, available 24/7.

Designed to understand natural language and provide immediate responses, this digital assistant reduces the volume of support requests while simplifying the work of teachers and schools. The chatbot is based on official DGEO documentation and runs on Deeplink’s sovereign architecture: open-source language models, hosted in Switzerland, with no data used to train the models.
